In order to receive this great deal, you must comply with the following and sign an agreement:
1. You must use our hosting company. If you already have a hosting company, we will help you make the transition to our hosting company. These packages include hosting with tons of web space and features.
2. Your site will be submitted to all major search engines initially and with this offer your site will be submitted to all major search engines quarterly as part of the special offers. This is to make sure your website continues to be up-to-date in search engine databases.
3. $297.00 SPECIAL (up to a 6 page website):
You must pay a monthly maintenance fee of $60.00 per month for textual updates. Your rate of textual updates is $10.00 per page. If you have more than 6 pages of textual updates per month, which would equal $60.00, a $10.00 per page rate would start. If you don’t have any updates for a particular month, then your payment would still be $60.00 and this is not carried over to the next month. Regular prices for updating are $50.00 per page. The $60 can also be applied toward other site changes as mentioned below.
If you have changes other than textual changes, you will get a 15% discount off of regular prices.
3. $495.00 SPECIAL (up to a 5 page website):
You must pay a monthly maintenance fee of $40.00 per month for textual updates. Your rate of textual updates is $10.00 per page. If you have more than 5 pages of textual updates per month, which would equal $50.00, a $10.00 per page rate would start. If you don’t have any updates for a particular month, then your payment would still be $50.00 and this is not carried over to the next month. Regular prices for updating are $50.00 per page. The $50 can also be applied toward other site changes as mentioned below.
If you have changes other than textual changes, you will get a 15% discount off of regular prices.
4. The inclusion of a shopping cart is only to configure the shopping cart. It does not include adding items to the shopping cart. That is an extra charge.
5. If the agreement is broken, you will be charged the additional amount of the website from the regular website rates!!!
